Ready to kickstart your career? We’re always looking for more ambitious, passionate graduates to join our rotational graduate scheme.
Over two and a half years, you’ll learn, grow and develop invaluable leadership skills – in a real role, with real responsibility from day one. It’s the fast-track to your future you’ve been waiting for.

4 placements. 2.5 years. 1 incredible experience.
First things first, you’ll spend 12 months getting to grips with our business in a placement designed to give you a brilliant understanding of the insurance industry. This will either be with LV= GI or Allianz UK. From here on, you can tailor the scheme to your interests and skills – there are plenty of placements to choose from and you’ll get to work in both organisations as part of the scheme.
From Claims to Marketing, HR to Project Management, you’ll decide which three business areas you want to explore and spend six months working in each of them.
Throughout the scheme, you’ll have extensive exposure to talented people across our business – people who’ll educate, inspire, and bring out the best in you.
To top it all off, there’s the opportunity to gain a Level 6 Qualification through the 'Senior Insurance Professional programme' via the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Whether you work as part of LV= General Insurance, Allianz UK, or another part of the Allianz group, our opportunities are located across the UK. It's likely you'll work across a few different locations which may mean you need to relocate.

About you
Want to join our rotational graduate scheme? All you need is a 2:1 or above – in any discipline, from any university. To us, the most important thing is you’re ambitious and interested in what we do as a business. We’ll expect you to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and be passionate about your work – because we care about making a difference.
You won’t be simply making up the numbers – here at LV= GI, everyone counts.
Our recruitment process

We want to know why you want to join our Allianz:LV= GI graduate scheme and why it’s the perfect fit for you.
If you pass the online tests, we’ll ask you to complete a video interview where you’ll record your answers to our motivational and competency questions.
If you’re successful, you’ll be invited to attend an assessment centre - either in person or virtually, depending on whether it’s safe to do so.
Once all interviews are complete, one of our recruiters will get in touch to let you know the outcome of your application.
