Complaint Resolution

Our Complaint Resolution team handle escalated complaints from our Customer Service teams. They also liaise with the Financial Ombudsman Service and provide insight and trends on performance to keep us at the top of our game.

Planning and Resourcing

Our Planning and Resourcing team are responsible for forecasting and scheduling – making sure we have all the right people to support our customers’ needs.

Quality

Our Quality team are there to make sure our call handlers provide the best possible service to our customers. Listening to customer calls, they provide crucial feedback so we can keep improving.

Training

It’s up to our Training team to develop the programmes that support our Customer Service teams - from learning the ropes through to thriving in their roles.
